They are balanced to the teeth. This means rule-sets are set in place to create fair gameplay for everyone involved. Sometimes we do this "dynamically". For example: Maybe a low ranked team would start with pistol only, then get a specter and light shield. After switching sides they maybe can full buy, etc, etc. This gives a sense of suspense to the video as the opposing team would slowly face an increasing challenge!

It's fair that the Radiant had ping and tried a new agent, and he was respectful to the Silvers at all times, so I really respect him. All I really found annoying was this commentator going wah wah wah at every victory the Silvers got, overreacting a little too much, and just sucking the Radiant's dick too hard when he just chillin'... but yeah, that Radiant bro doesn't deserve any hate.

Well, either way, with this guy commentating, he sounded pretty annoying, went wah wah wah whenever the Radiant took damage, spoke poorly of the Silver just because they are lower in rank, and even gave Iso an Ult for every round. Sure, they are 5 v 1, but they are restricted to pistols and have to wait several rounds for Ults. I kind of respect the Silvers for their rooting for each other and communication, even if they make mistakes...
