They are balanced to the teeth. This means rule-sets are set in place to create fair gameplay for everyone involved. Sometimes we do this "dynamically". For example: Maybe a low ranked team would start with pistol only, then get a specter and light shield. After switching sides they maybe can full buy, etc, etc. This gives a sense of suspense to the video as the opposing team would slowly face an increasing challenge!

It is about the aim. In higher rank possible or HIGHEST Elo, you combined your aim, decision, movement, game sense, line up, how you think, experience and risk.

You should make that 1v9 but every rank gets different weapon, but the radiant/immo who is solo can buy whatever they want, and when some1 dies (perma death until sage revive) their weapons get upgraded and when sage revive they get downgraded

Not really. You still need to reload with Reyna. Unlike with Jett knives, where if you get a kill they reset so reloading is irrelevant. With Reyna all you have is her ult and if he enemy baits that out it's GGs
