The principle that was the most thought provoking for me was that successful women are solution focused instead of problem focused. I think that has been a barrier for me. Thank you for the revelation!

I am a school bus driver for 10 yrs now. Before that I was a Director of Admission before that in Sales & Marketing. These careers all had their perks but my position as a school bus driver has been so rewarding. I’m not your typical bus drivers. In those few minute on the bus depending on the day & route I engage with my students and find teachable moments. I let my kids know I see them and encourage positive influences. Success is different for everyone. Dream Big and don’t worry about what small minded people think.🙏🏽❤️💪🏽

I recently applied for a Communications Professionals’ mentorship program. When I say recently, it’s about 3days ago. And while listening to this podcast (I love inspiring and personal development content so KZbin brought me here), I begin to pray: Lord, about that mentorship programme, please connect me to a successful and inspiring mentor who will truly lift me up. Please, I also want it to be a Christian so that I can be spoken to mentally and spiritually. Amen. And then I hear Valerie say “I started my own PR Company”. I was like “Ow! She’s into Communication.” And then she goes “I prayed about it.” lol. I am like “Lord, if this is a sign that you just listened and answered my prayer, I am so grateful.” I’ll wait for the outcome of the mentorship program but I already feel like this is a good place to be at. Thank you Lord. Thank you Valorie. Let me keep listening. 🥰

I was listening to another woman here at work when her podcast ended. So on came yours❤. I stayed because of the excellent quality of production immediately noticeable. I kept listening because of the clarity of your speech and story. I became even more intrigued because of our common faith.✝️The subscribe came from the inclusion of all, with special exception given to my desire to grow in the sphere you’re emphasizing; a valiant business woman of excellence in Christ.

Thank you, I’m 21 and I’m starting on my journey. I’ve always been resilient and never gave up and by now I thought I’d be working with wildlife traveling the world. Unfortunately that has not happened and I’m now investing in myself. I’m excited, I have been craving change and not being successful is not an option for me. I will be successful and the woman I always see myself being. Though I’m not sure what the road ahead holds for me but I do know that I will not give up during the process.

Our obedience to Him allows us to not only find our purpose, but to also attract His other children WITH that purpose. And it’s always at a time when we need it most. At the perfect stage in our journey. Thank you for your obedience. This is my first video I’m seeing of yours. I know God led me here. Shalom

I've always been a creative thinker, out spoken and called difficult for this many times in my life. To look at these traits as ones holding potential for success is such an entirely new take. As women we have the abilty to dream big, have big visions, and extravagant goals and im excited for the potential we have in our growing communities of powerful woman for achieving this

I love love LOVE that you mentioned being solution focused instead of problem focused. I've always been the type of person that really dislikes dwelling on what went wrong and would rather plan the path forward/come up with what to do better next time. I thought that was me sweeping things under the rug, but it's actually more of an aversion to wasting time thinking about what I can't change (the past) and a desire to make an impact on what I can (the future)

As a beginner in this, it’s essential for you to have a mentor to keep you accountable. Jihan Wu is my trade analyst, he has guided me to identify key market trends, pinpointed strategic entry points, and provided risk assessments, ensuring my trades decisions align with market dynamics for optimal returns.

I like your video in the first 5 seconds. I know when I like somen. I wouldn't see work as over compensation. Some people go for big things. Some small. I know what I'm doing. I guess I just wanna know im not the only woman over achiever out here or hard worker. And I just wish for more buisness woman around then "soft girls", where's my fellow workin gals. I feel like there's no one to talk to with out jealousy involved lately. I did not even know there is positive psychology how cool!! Wow Maxwell!! ❤ Your husband us a pilot how cool. Do you remember how to fly a plane?!! Man I come from a laid back military family and my father's made me stop the tradition enlisting at me and I'm mad at them for that but thank you for your services how truly impressive!!
