Value Village Boutique opens in downtown Calgary

I remember when I first moved here the business community had said Steven Avenue was upscale and nothing less would be expected. The store is an indication of the Calgary economy in my opinion

If you truly want to make it look and feel like a boutique , get rid of the red vests at least and supply employees with store t shirts instead .
