People have different rock bottoms dumbasses! This is the pity party bullshit that happens with victim mentality. Victims try to outdo how bad they had it. Dame didn't have shit to say when he found out Patrick grew up in Iran. P.s. Dame made money off of rap. I think back then some of what they were saying was trying to get a lot off their minds coming from a bad situation but then it becomes a self fulfilling prophecy and creates more violence by glorifying it to the next generation. Glorifying bad shit doesnt change it for the next gen but in this case allowed them to to make money to get out of it. Check yourself and evolve out of it.

If the studio owner only funds artist that align with the owner's bias then only the products that align with the owner's bias gets produced. All of the other alternate products that would have been made by the other artists get filtered out. Example: let's say you have two rappers. Let's call them Rapper A and rapper B. Rapper A is a college kid rapping about relationships and finding the girl of his dreams to spend the rest of his life with. Rapper B is a thug rapping about banging hoes. The studio owner goes with rapper B because he believes The thug Life is more exciting and rapping about monogamy is boring. So all of The rappers like rapper A Get filtered out. After a while, the Rapper A like rappers realize that they'll never break into the industry rapping the way they do so decides to emulate Rapper B to get noticed by the studio owner.

Rappers are just now realizing how much harm they’ve done to their OWN communities over the last three decades with their destructive and despicable messaging, so they are trying to pass the buck. Don’t let them get away with it.

@@soccerdude601 Back in the Early 00s, I owned a Mixtape that he released that had “Champions” on it, feat. Kanye, Young Chris, Beanie Siegel, Cam’ron and Twista. That song is 🔥 and I will never deny that. However, Dame’s Voice can be heard throughout the Mixtape, promoting his Label’s Stable of Rappers and just generally acting as a Hype Man. So, I suppose that it IS technically correct that he isn’t a “Rapper” per se, but it certainly seems like Dame Dash was heavily involved in propagating the Aforementioned Messaging and releasing it to The Masses. Does that sound more accurate to you?

Comparing rock bottom is toxic. Rock bottom is subjective to the individuals breaking point of being disgusted with their situation. This is different for everyone and is a personal journey for the individual.

Lord knows he knows what he’s talking about. He’s making valid arguments. I see it in Malcolm X’s infamous quote “chickens comin’ home to roost” he got rich glorifying a hustler lifestyle. And now, seeing a turn out whereas in hip hop it’s either u a junkie , hustler ( or both at same time) a drilling villain, sex traffickers…

PBD knows how to dance… around questions. I get it he doesn’t wanna say anything that could be mildly perceived as bad towards Trump, but once Dame said, this is not about Trump, then he removed the thing PBD was scared of and he should’ve proceeded. Dancing that 2-step lmao!!!

That, and all PBD had to say was "I just want to say, separate from Donald Trump, I would say that generally, blah blah" and then he could go into his answer. All he had to do was state he was just speaking in general terms, and clarified his stance with Trump specifically, but instead he refused to say anything. Makes me wonder what kind of shady business deals he approved under his watch.
