The entire premise of HR 6090 is a First Amendment violation. “CONGRESS SHALL MAKE NO LAW RESPECTING AN ESTABLISHMENT OF RELIGION.” The definition being “adopted” not only favors one Semitic religious doctrine, but classifies teachings of another Semitic religion as “anti-Semitic.” That other religion being Christianity, which is Abrahamic and therefore Semitic since Abraham himself was Semitic. How would PBD and his stooge Adam like their beating, rare, medium or well done?! 😂 Isn’t it interesting how the Jewish Golden Age came about during the period when Islamic civilisation was the most dominant and tolerant civilisation in the world for over a thousand years? Islamic Civilisation was the first civilisation in human history to have been established upon noble principles like tolerance and justice. Uri Avnery is an Israeli Jewish writer, Member of the Knesset and Founder of the Gush Shalom Peace Movement. He states the following: *”Every honest Jew who knows the history of his people cannot but feel a deep sense of gratitude to Islam, which has protected the Jews for fifty generations, while the Christian world persecuted the Jews and tried many times "by the sword" to get them to abandon their faith."* (Source: 'Anti Semitism: A Practical Manual’, by Uri Avnery) The Muslims not only protected their Jewish citizens but under Islam Jews were finally treated like human beings and not treated like subhumans like they were under European/Christian rule. The Romans kicked out all the Jews from Palestine for 500 years and it wasn’t until the Second Caliph of Islam Umar Ibn Khattab (may Allah Azawajal be pleased with him) returned the Jews to Palestine. The 500 years the Jews were out of Palestine refutes the Zionist claims that Jews have always been in Palestine. There was a period of 500 years when no Jew was living in historical Palestine. Umar issued the Treaty of Jerusalem which guaranteed the rights of all faiths (Umar’s Declaration). Some five hundred years later, and after Jerusalem had been occupied by the Christian Crusaders, came Salahaddin (may Allaah Azawajal have mercy upon him) The Crusaders had applied a ban on Jewish settlement in the Holy Land. When Salahaddin liberated Jerusalem, he overturned the ban and allowed Jews to return. Over successive years, the Holy Land shifted between Muslim and Christian control, where a brutal policy of Jewish expulsion was only overturned during periods of Muslim rule. Jewish historian, Nissim Rejwan states: *”It is interesting to note here that, as far as Palestine is concerned, the right of Jews to “return” to live in this small area of land was accepted by all successive Muslim rulers from the Muslim conquest to the end of the nineteenth century when Zionist settlement there became entangled in European foreign policy.”* Jewish historian, Zion Zohar, explains why Jews saw Muslims as liberators from persecution: *”Thus, when Muslims crossed the straits of Gibraltar from North Africa in 711 CE and invaded the Iberian Peninsula, Jews welcomed them as liberators from Christian persecution...* *Born during this era of Islamic rule, the famous Golden Age of Spanish Jewry (circa 900-1200) produced such luminaries as: statesman and diplomat Hasdai ibn Shaprut, vizier and army commander Shmuel ha-Nagid, poet-philosophers Solomon In Gabriol and Judah Halevi, and at the apex of them all, Moses Ben Maimon, also known among the Spaniards as Maimonides.”* [Source: Zion Zohar. (2005) Sephardic & Mizrahi Jewry. New York, pp. 8-9] Moreover... the Christian Copts of the Middle East had more religious freedoms under Islam than they did under European crusader rule. . James Addison (d. 1942) in 'The Christian Approach to the Muslim,' p. 35, states the following: *"Despite the growth of antagonism, Muslim rulers seldom made their Christian subjects suffer for the [Christian] Crusades. When the Muslims finally resumed the full control of Palestine the Christians were given their former status as dhimmis [protected People of the Book along with the Jews].* *The Coptic Church [of Egypt], too had little cause for complaint under Saladin's (Salahuddin) strong government, and during the time of the earlier Mameluke sultans who succeeded him (i.e., Saladin) the Copts [of Egypt] experienced more enlightened justice than they had hitherto known.* *The only effect of the Crusaders upon Egyptian Christians was to keep them for a while from the pilgrimage to Jerusalem, for as long as the Franks [1] were in charge heretics were forbidden access to the shrines. Not until the Moslem victories could they (i.e., Egyptian Christians) enjoy their rights as Christians."* End quote [Source: 'The Christian Approach to the Muslim,' p. 35] [1] Medieval Muslims would call Crusader Europeans 'Francs/Franks', as the largest crusader contingent came from modern France and France is derived from the word ‘Francs/Francks’. *Notice how the European crusaders prevented the Coptic Christians of the Middle-East who the Europeans believed to be ‘heretical’ from pilgrimaging to Christian holy sites and it wasn’t until the Muslims reconquest of holy lands did the Middle Eastern Christians get their religious freedoms back...* Author Romauld Landau was born in Poland, but later became a British citizen whilst serving as a volunteer in the Royal Air Force during the Second World War. Rom Landau confirms the tolerance of the early Muslim's compared to their non-Muslim counterparts. Rom Landau states: *'‘In contrast to the Christian Empire, which attempted to impose Christianity on its subjects, the [Muslim] Arabs extended recognition to religious minorities, and accepted their presence. Jews, Christians, and Zoroastrians were known to them as the 'People of the Covenant'; in other words, the nations who enjoyed a protected status.’'* (Source: ‘Islam and The Arabs’, by Rom Landau, p. 119) Also, historically the Muslims have never expelled the Jews from the Holy Land unlike the ancient Romans, Greeks and the European Crusaders during the barbaric Crusader period. Every time the Holy Land was occupied by medieval Europeans the Jews were either killed or expelled from Palestine and every time the Muslims reconquered the Holy Land the Jews were allowed to return with a larger population than were originally expelled by the Europeans. Uri Avnery is an Israeli Jewish writer, Member of the Knesset and Founder of the Gush Shalom Peace Movement. He claims that Islam gave safety and freedom to minorities. Uri Avnery says: *“Muslim Spain was a paradise for the Jews, and there has never been a Jewish Holocaust in the Muslim world. Even pogroms were extremely rare. Muhammad decreed that the ‘Peoples of the Book’ (Jews and Christians) be treated tolerantly, subject to conditions that were incomparably more liberal than those in contemporary Europe.''* *The Muslims never imposed their religion by force on Jews and Christians, as shown by the fact that almost all the Jews expelled from Catholic Spain settled in the Muslim countries and flourished there. After centuries of Muslim rule, Greeks and Serbs remained thoroughly Christian.* *Every honest Jew who knows the history of his people cannot but feel a deep sense of gratitude to Islam, which has protected the Jews for fifty generations, while the Christian world persecuted the Jews and tried many times "by the sword" to get them to abandon their faith."* (Source: 'Anti Semitism: A Practical Manual’, by Uri Avnery) The betrayal shown by the Jews to the Muslims is the most disgraceful act in their history. They sided with their European oppressors who had been oppressing them for over two millennia over the people who protected them by in large for over 1300 years. Jews by in large have been safer living with Muslims than they have living with pagan and Christian Europeans since the advent of Islam in the 7th century. In the 1300 years, Jews have lived alongside Muslims, there has never been a holocaust or any attempt to eradicate them from the face of the earth by the Muslims. Can the same be said about Europeans?! Prof. Zachary Karabell states that: *“For a millennium and a half, until the end of World War II, Jews under Muslim rule enjoyed more safety, freedom, and autonomy than they ever did under Christian rule. [The] Muslim States over the course of fourteen centuries have allowed for religious diversity and not insisted on trying to convert those who follow a different creed.”* [Source: Zachary Karabell,Zachary Karabell, Peace Be Upon You (New York: Knopf, 2007), p. 8]

The argument that Christian wouldn’t have access to Christian sites in the holy lands under Muslim rule is the most ridiculous and weak argument I have ever heard. Muslim ruled the holy land for over a 1000 year and Christians lived in peace with equal rights and protections for their life and property. Further, Omar Ibn Alkhatab(ruler of the believers) allowed the Jews into the holy lands after the Romans have expelled them, and gave them equal protection rights and protection under the law. Before the creation of the state of Israel Jews, Christians, and Muslims lived in peace with equal rights and protection. However, today Israel doesn’t give equal rights and protection to Palestinians, that’s the issue here! Read The General's Son: Journey of an Israeli in Palestine or listen to Miko Peled lecture on the topic. Equal rights and protection of life and property of Palestinians is the solution!

the literal exact same bill passed when the bolsheviks took office in russia. It's the same playbook over and over again dressed up in preppy vocabulary to hide the intent or mask the severity of it. The Bolshevik government also appointed Jews to prominent positions in the government and administration. Jews played significant roles in various Soviet institutions, including the Communist Party, government ministries, and cultural organizations. This representation helped to promote Jewish interests within the new Soviet state. Article 25 of the 1918 Constitution of the Russian Soviet Federative Socialist Republic (RSFSR) explicitly prohibited discrimination based on nationality, religion, or social origin. Additionally, laws were passed to prosecute individuals and groups engaged in antisemitic activities or propaganda. Antisemitism was considered incompatible with the socialist principles of the revolution and was actively discouraged by the authorities
