Of all the presentations i watched on Valuaing Early Stage Medtech Company , I found this one to be most helpfull . However This Presetaion Did not consider the Vule of IP which is very critical to a Medtech or Biotech Company

15:16 is this for series A? For seed investors, according to a recent presentation, the frequency of the "Wow" was closer to 1 in 25 with an overall ROI on the portfolio to be ~ 4x. If you missed the Wow investment the ROI was ~1.5 of the portfolio. If your biotech has solid IP and SAB of top academic institutions in the right area, the valuation of your stat up is 20x higher or more. While exceptional, series A financing over 100M is possible.
