Most definitely, I'd use this first until it's destroyed and then use my m48 tactical warhammer, it's much lighter but way more durable so it will last a long time!

I don't think his hammer was made out of valyrian steel. Ned mentions that it was so heavy, he couldn't lift it. And that's coming from a guy who uses Ice to fight Arthur Dayne.

It's heavier at the end and lighter on the handle ,this puts the centre of gravity near the head ,this results in a much stronger swing

Ned wielded Ice with ease but could not wield Robert's warhammer. I understand why but this is nowhere near weighted correctly, if I was buying it, I would not want to be able to pick it up easily 😁. I would want to feel like "Yes! This is the warhammer that killed Rhaegar!"

One of my students said you should coat it in Line X to toughen it up. My students were going to Line X a couple of things we 3D printed this year to see how well they would hold up but we never got around to actually doing it though.

You can't measure sturdyness until you use it mate....Hammer's handle should be made of light but materials so that you can easily swing it....

it'd be an easy fix man, just need some machine shopping done, get one of those home workout barbells the ones with the threaded ends, cuz their thin as that handle, but full steel, have IT go all the way trhough the hammer head, and then paint it black and attack the accents and the pummel and top spike accordingly, it's become fucntional real quick

You might be able to put some sealant foam in the handle to make it sturdier. Like great stuff or dap should fill the gaps

Looks nice, but that haft crosssection shouldn't be round. Oval at worst, rounded off rectangle is better for alignment. But a nice wall hanger, fun.

thesweeps I had a gut feeling in some way it would eventually break after a few kills either handle breaks or the had caves in for being hollow and not solid if the head is solid you just need to drill a larger hole in the center and replace handle with Somthing more durable hopefully heavy tword the bottom of new handle to have a counter balance to make striking Easter and if weapon to heavy train body to be used to the weight so you don't get exhausted after few swings sorry went full weapon combat nerd lol 😆

Game of thrones is pretty realistic besides the magic stuff, but this hammer is completely unrealistic. It's a giant sledge hammer, no one could wield this effectively in battle. It looks like a video game weapon.

manuel mendoza a more accurate version would be much larger (they describe the hammer being so massive that Lord Eddard couldn't wield it) and of course way heavier, and of course a much more solid build instead of it feeling quite flimsy. I was surprised by all this as I had no problems with build quality at all with longclaw

Robert baratheon's Warhammer was not made out of the Valerian steel it is made out of just made to be heavy as shit, Eddard Stark could barely even lift it and Valerian steel is light. but this is still badass

I dont really think the Longclaw replica is amazingly study either to be honest. It's made out of stainless steel (unless you get the Damascus version), which you cant really make a sword out of. If you tried to use it against someone using a carbon steel sword, it would probably shatter.
