Love this. Feel like this mantra and mudra have real 'attitude'/power. Fun to practice... Always enjoy new mantra and mudra especially at first. Effects are observable after just a few weeks of practicing maybe 5-20 mins 5 days then 2xlonger practices on weekends up to 45 mins.

Kapalika Yoga. What an idea! How you practice yoga to secure your breath as you find balance both old and new. It is the dissemination of the sun salutation first one. Disabuse yourself of any concept where more prakriti is required of you. Breath practice! Having gained enough confidence within your tantra you are comfortable finding the points where your external mind interferes. 5:41 Similar to kripalyu where kripalyu is bhakti. The jnana is what drive the kripalika to madness. They know that other people , other people refuse to gain for themselves any confidence and they tell everyone else all about it. The yoga of hardened comfort, kripalika yoga. "That sounds nice."

Kapalika Yoga is to extinguish flames. However it is a difficult practice. When the flames are extinguished the fire becomes distinctly visible. So, after repetition the fire becomes closer and your tantra becomes further away ! That is the explanation of what difficulties the yogic repetition can overcome. Madness where there is fire. Each and every time. So people say, do not argue in the kitchen.

You have to learn from yoga, not just study it, after the knowledge condenses, the condensation is flammable, the flames cause great pains and discomforts. In the four yoga schools there is hope for new forms of knowledge, a fifth School. The light shows the way, but it burns too. It means people should pay more attention to how they get what they think the want.

Best approach is Dakshina Kali or MAha Kali on Amavasya, Shodashi Tripura Sundari on the 16th crescent and Kamala Maha Lakshmi on the Prunima

Are Kapalikas almost same like aghoris ? Which are the main differences ?

Kapalikas hardly exist anymore except in private practice like me. The Aghoris are more recent and can be traced back to the 17th century CE with Baba Keenaram often recognized as the founder of the modern Aghori tradition. They are similar to Kaplaikas. . They are worshippers of Ugura Kali - the fierce cremation ground form of Kali and while the y practice many things the Kapalikas did their rituals are even more extreme for self-release.

How boring life would be if we only did one Yoga all the time. Swami Vivekananda said one should practice the 4 Yogas in life - each has its own place and its time and season - Karma, Bhakti, Raja, Jnana. So I do that. I do Pranayama and Kriyas, I do Shakti Kaula and Shiva mantras and many times a year longer rituals, I do service to mys students and all who need me and I do contemplation and deep turiya meditation. You should try it. Then you will become an Integral Yogi.

I read somewhere that if you keep on changing paths, its like digging a well for water, you dig somewhat here, and not finding the water start to dig somewhere else. But if the individual would have just dug at a single place, he would have found the water. So I am little confused

I find it endlessly fascinating that Bhairav is followed atound by a black dog and plays the psychopomp much the same way Anubis does with the Duat. However Bhairav is the gierc protector of the the void which is Ma's womb. I dont think it's a mistake that the third eye looks like a yoni.
