Spike strips feature is not Vice City exclusive. GTA Liberty City Stories and GTA Vice City Stories also have this feature.

If I remember correctly , technically GTA Advance is the first GTA game that let you choose how the story will progress This one mission lets you choose between blowing up the factory or killing the police officer And this another mission also let you choose to kill the scientist or let him live (if you let him live , he will call the police)

Don't think people understand what Vammostga tried to say regarding the spike strips. VC is the only one ( that i'm aware off) where the police actually throw the spike strips & don't just spawn them like they do in other titles. Especially GTAV that i see people mention.
