Not in the original 1795 Barnabas and Angelique storyline. Angelique and Barnabas spent many nights together in Martinique. Angelique fell in love with him, and Barnabas had no trouble leading her on. I don't know why the writers changed it to a one night stand. They made Angelique sound completely unhinged!!!

I was 6 years old when the show was originally aired. I had a crush on Lara Parker the actress. The imaginary character she portrayed was evil, so I didn't like her. Even at that age I knew the difference between the actress and the character.
