You know we all lose our keys, but you’re traveling a van and I’m sure you know this your safety maybe stash in a place where you know where they are in case emergency also have you ever thought of taking along a trekking pole or walking stick With your dogs, God forbid to see a rattlesnake. It helps redirect it be safe out there on the road sending you positive energy

New to your channel. Really enjoying your narrative as you hike the canyon. If you really enjoy petrified wood and haven’t visited the Ginkgo park in Washington State near Vantage. Suggest you check it out. The area has similar geography and you can find caping in area as well.

Nikki, you better get a first aid kit (learn to use) as well as a satellite phone (learn to use) when you go on lonely hikes. This is just in case you accidentally get injured, lost or unable to return to your car. Better to be calm and prepared than simply hoping for the best. A bear spray (medium size) also helps against most predators.
