Van Camping at Kingman Wash Beach in Lake Mead, Arizona [Van life, Offroad, Overlanding]

We recently enjoyed a fantastic 2-night, 3-day van camping trip at Kingman Wash Beach in Arizona. This secluded spot offers stunning lake views, perfect for swimming, kayaking, and fishing. While the road is a bit rough, it's accessible by most 2WD vehicles. The highlight was definitely spotting wild burros and gazing at the starry night sky. Keep in mind, it's a primitive campsite with no amenities, so self-sufficiency is a must. Despite the 6-hour drive from LA, it was well worth it.

Arizona is very arid as it seems. How were nights, so warm? you have to use AC the whole night? Of course the food is really delicious as always. This time you went a little more far. Future trip could be Baja California MX? Best regards !!

Arizona's arid climate was so intense that I couldn't escape the heat, even at night. I had to rely on the air conditioner to get a decent night's sleep. I've always dreamed of visiting Baja California. Thank you so much.
