Welcome to the first full-length episode of Van Camping. In the Magic of Winter Camping, we travel in our van into the Snow filled Ochoco mountains, which are in the heart of Oregon. While in the mountains, we spent our time van camping, cooking, hunting, hiking, and shooting photography. I hope you enjoy this first episode of Van Camping.

This type of content is what brought me to your channel. It is not just the cinematic but the storyline that is so great. The vlog type is everywhere. This is what i think ,separates you from them.

Love it! Other than more cinematography, I see little difference between the two channels, but I like that you're still very engaging. Where you are, what you're doing, seeing, cooking; all very interactive. You've checked all the boxes.

I've been watching your videos and subscribed for about 5 years or so now. Your channel has changed like you had said on the other channel. I am super glad to see you start this one that goes back to the style of video that made me subscribe in the first place. Ill still watch both channels that's for sure and am now looking at your website to buy in to that.

Great work Jason! Really stunning footage. Looked like a lot of work on the firewood but I am sure it was worth it for the heat. I never thought of taking the bark off of the wood for car storage. I have not been to that area in a long time, makes me want to head back to the Ochocos. Excited to see the content of this channel!

I spend a lot of time on the Oregon back roads with my conversion van. Nothing like quiet times, campfires, and gorgeous scenery. For winter camping I really like to carry a propane torch tip, as it makes starting fires under difficult conditions a much simpler task. Camping meals can be challenging and I enjoy that aspect of your videos.
