I recently spent a week solo snow camping out of my Jeep in Stanley Idaho. Temperatures dropped down to -28C (-18F) and I even got some fresh snowfall during my time there. Big thanks to Motion Array for sponsoring this video bit.ly/motionarray-drewsimms
Bushcraft cooking over an open fire, lots of hot springs, and some snowshoeing made for a great week trip up near the sawtooth mountains

Better than most netflix shows. Love the work you put in all this camera angles. Not only you position the camera at awesome spots, you also make sure not to make footsteps in the shot which is a detail most people won't recognise. Absolutely stunning.

This video is so good on so many levels, it shouldn't be considered a video anymore but more like a complete movie. Probably the best content I've ever seen on KZbin. +1 sub. Thank you, for this journey!

Easily the most overlooked channel on KZbin. Your dedication to taking the viewers along with you on these incredible journeys is commendable. For those of us who are true nature lovers, you capture the beauty and essence of a very special feeling that unless you know it, you have no idea. Thank you for making these Drew and I hope you continue to in the future. Safe travels.

The juxtaposition of hot water springs in such cold weather is just beautiful to watch.

Those snowy, blusih white scenes were like a magical winter wonderland. Loved the aerial drone shots and the musical selections. You can imagine the effort Drew put into setting the camera down, filming himself walking or driving, then having to go back to pick it up and trek on, especially when its that cold. That plunge into the icy river was just insane though! :) As always, a detailed first-rate and moving vlog.
