Hey, Could you explain to me how the Pressure remains constant during the conversion of Gas to liquid at constant temperature [In the Van der Waal's real gas equation]

It may help if you think about it using the phase diagram. The phase diagram shows that, at a particular T, there is only one P where the liquid and gas are in equilibrium. So, as the volume is reduced at constant T, the pressure must remain constant until all of the gas is converted to liquid.
