Thank you for a return to this beautiful place. The lavender was in bloom when I was there in late June 2014. So very lovely. Nearby Glanum is definitely worth a visit.

We visited St. Remy on our very first trip to France many years ago. Vero, you have expanded our horizons and enriched our lives. Thank you!

Merci Vero for the tour. I visited this site and Glanum after I attended l'Insitut de Francais in Villefranche sur Mer a number of years ago. I must visit again as it is so beautiful. St Remy is a lovely town.

Salut Vero, thanks for a great video. I was in Saint-Rémy-de-Provence about a year ago, this brought back some marvelous memories. Like you, I walked the road in the heat, luckily it wasn't too far. 🙂

Are you sure that's Vincent? Looks a lot like Kirk Douglas... 😊 Merci for another great video.

I’m so grateful to experience this. A girlfriend and I spent 2 nights in St Remy but at the time we didn’t know what it had to offer. I was so disappointed when I realized we had missed this so thank you!

As an artist, this means so much to me, Véro. Merci beaucoup! I’ve read many of his letters…so poignant…and attempted a painting with his color palette and style. He keeps appearing in my artistic life, as he did today with you, and I am grateful. What a wonderful gift. Thank you again. 🎨💛🎨

Thank you for a lovely tour of Vincent's time at St Remy. Unfortunately I have never visited most of the places he resided, but I lived for several years, just around the corner from the museum in Amsterdam shortly after it was built, and have always loved his works. Now, with mobility problems I am unlikely to visit St Remy, but your video does indeed offer me some experience of his inspirations there. In a few weeks I shall see the film of the London exhibition of his works, and am greatly looking forward to that. PS Your friend will indeed be very proud of your pronunciation of van "Gogh"!
