Yes, it's Eddie on keyboards. They are present the entire song. Eddie liked to add keyboard to songs, David did not. Some of Van Halen's biggest songs have keyboards in them. Eddie was so talented, arguably the greatest guitarist of all time, he was good enough on keyboards he could have had a career in those alone.
