Great choice and execution. He didn't overdub much but, when he did, it was special and unusual. This piece really shows that.

Not the biggest EV fan on earth but, After just doing a deep dive into “On Fire”, and this, it occurs to me that although his Reverend for solos, Ed’s real light was writing rhythms. Especially early on, the rhythms were so intricate and well written. Just tasty!
