It ended way too soon though, I wish there was a final showdown with van kleiss with the whole world at stake and then they have this music in the background as they fight. But instead the ending made zero sense and they screwed up the entire show because of it.

The show wasn't perfect; at the very end, the consortium and Van Kleiss got away! Plus Breach saved Van Kleiss and his flunkies even though he made her life hell! NoFace was trapped behind a nanite shield earlier, but later on we see him in the Bug Jar being healed! How'd he get there? And for some reason, at the end, Rex is still working for Providence! Why does Providence still exist now that there's no more EVOs? Fucking why?!

Van kleiss is one of my ABSOLUTE *FAVORITE* villains EVER! He was well written, as in he actually IMPACTED the story line while giving the hero many chances to change the story line as well for a more evil turn, and was ACTUALLY evil, not just "ima destroy stuff cause i can" evil, but the "i'm going to make your life hell so i can make THEIR lives hell, and if you want to have a life thats NOT hell, JOIN. ME." kind of evil. He was powerful, but not to the point of being OVERPOWERED. Hes not easily killed, but is defeatable, as was proven by rex. And his THEME! It sums up his character PERFECTLY in the form of an instrumental song! Sorry for the character review, i had to... carry on with your day like this didnt happen.

Theyre a powerhouse that just wants to destroy and conquer! Thats good enough right?" And have people annoyed that they didnt write the villain better! @canaan_crystalwing9982 not necessarily. They designed him to be the ruthless part of nature, and since nature can be difficult to kill in certain areas of the world, its hard to kill Van Kleiss. They also DID give him weaknesses. He's most powerful in abysus, where he's directly connected to the nanites there, keeping said nanites from destroying it, and preventing him from dying since theyre connected, and why he's easier to defeat outside of abysus, but still being a challenge for Rex due to him having more experience(remembered experience) using his powers and having free reign over an area to learn to use them properly and without limits. Rex is powerful due to him being able to use his nanites at will and use them how he needs and wants them to. He has more weaknesses due to him being a teen, teens dont tend to be invincible, but they are determined and reckless, which is what fuels rex most of the series, as well as him knowing whats right and wrong, but also has less experience, as well as HEAVILY enforced limits. He does have an overpowered part of him, the kaiju form as i call it, but it has its downfalls too that greatly impacts rex. Throughout the series, he has memory issues due to him using that form as a last ditch effort to stay alive. From what i've determined is that it overloads his nanites, and the ones in his brain damage a part that affects memory. Theyre also designed to be a more realistic view on how the world would actually be like if the nanite event happened. Someone would, by pure chance and luck, be able to take active nanites, while someone got unlucky enough to have to stay in one area of corrupted nanites to stay alive and to stay powerful. They would become powerhungry, wanting more nanites to stay alive, wanting to be able to go everywhere while maintaining their power. This is just showing what would happen if the "cure" was heavily controlled and trained, while the other was left to their own devices for the most part, not being given any other choice in the matter. (Sorry. Im a nerd and i have watched this show at LEAST 20 times through plus the ben 10 crossover movie at least 16 times. I found a LOT of details the creators put in there.)

Just imagine rex gets 2 of the meta nanites and van kleiss gets the other 2 and then rex turns into the badass giant robot and van kleiss mutates and they fight for the last one with this music in the background. This theme is so good, it's threatening, it's aggressive, and it's almost primitive with its use of mainly percussion and some violins. You just feel like no matter what, you're on the defensive, and he's just getting started. Imagine how insane it would be if they announced a new season of generator Rex. He's taking care of some threat to the world, just about to wrap up when the audience hears 1:11 and everyone goes NUTS.

Me too. Even as a kid. Everytime I saw Van. I was like oh yeah now we're talking. The fact he has backstory with Rex makes them to have an connection. And yes mirrored dark reflection villians of heroes is cool stuff. Van is an example of that, being excat opposite of Rex. Rex believes people should be cured and free of thier evo. Has machinery powers. And can cure evos. Van believes being evo is the perfect next form of evolution. He can control environements. And can create evos. Oh and both gained new powers. Which shows that they are both the same in a way.

generator Rex is more than an animation, is things that happen in real life.the series is the best because Rex know that he is fighting not monsters but real living beings . Rex dose have face the consequences of his actions either mentally or physically,people die in this sires,people are killed and murdered not defeated or destroyed,people shoot bullets not fairy dust and lasers and they are filled with blood not concrete and steel. I do not know why is not showing on TV anymore. And why nickelodeon kid shows awards elected sponge bob to be the top kid show i mean why the world does not look the real things?hope somebody read this

Every primary antagonist should have his/her own badass theme, be it mysterious, action based, whatever. Music is what sets the mood, if you remove the music from any action scene, and it'll become less cool or boring. When a good villain theme starts playing, you should know shit's about to go down. It's kinda like how the good guy's them will always start to play when the hero's about to gain the upper hand and win. Which naturally means that when the villain music starts playing, you know trouble is about to occur, and it will likely be badass!

Reviving this show would be a great idea as long as it's not made by Cartoon Network. Greedy ass dirtbags would probably make it more simple and "nice for the eyes" so the production would be faster. My dream is that Adult Swim buys rights to this show before Cartoon Network remembers that Generator Rex existed.
