Happy Friday Natalie! You look beautiful as always! I really can't understand everyone's obsession with anything that tastes pickle flavored. And to have that particular flavor incorporated into something like Mac and cheese flavored ice cream, is beyond me. I prefer my savory and sweet flavors separately. I'm a purist when it comes to my ice cream flavors. You and Tara obviously have some very strong stomachs and discriminate palattes when it comes to trying these funky flavors out. I was wondering if the pickle ice cream was going to have the sour vinegar taste, too, and was concerned that the vinegar would curdle the cream and it would be gross. Glad to see that it wasn't! Also, the mac and cheese ice cream sounded really weird until I remembered Parmesan ice cream from the Townsends channel. However it looked like the Parmesan ice cream would have tasted better! Have you ever tried Parmesan ice cream? Or maybe you could try making it this summer, now that you have some ice cream-making equipment for the channel!
