Total thumbs-up Brad - Good 'Travel vid', but I love Nomad style equipment tests > analytics set-to Nomad conditions ! As you say upcoming Bougery-Frigery tests, recommend to consider testing with the $35 thermo-couples remote sensor I bought from the Home Depot in the BBQ section (they're intended for cooking meats, but the sensor probes go to freezing range). The sensors are internal, but the read-out is external, so I place #1 external lead bottom of the Fridge box, lay the #2 external lead along the top of the food in the fridge and I found as much as 9 F difference in the Fridge. Testing, we find some fridges are better than others and will benefit to drop-in a small fan (Forget the Freezer - when things are froze, then they're frozed). It's good equipment for Nomads because sensors can alert you if your fridge got warm and possible food spoilage. Earlier this Summer I traveled from NorCal to Yuma - somewhere, sometime my fridge came unplugged - my remote thermo-couples warned me and so I didn't die again (I actually had baby formula as well). 35 dollar equipment test and survival, then you can stand like this again > 0:01

You forgot a scoop of ice cream with the pie. I’m from Yuma and head to Julian for Dutch Carmel Apple Pie with a scoop of ice cream. Same place you went too. I think it’s the best. I’ve tried other spots there but can’t beat that Julian pie company
