Would you be able to make a splitter with selector switch? I have AC200L and plug-in portable panels everyday. I now also have Charger 1, I just haven't installed it yet. I delayed because, it seems i am to plug Charger 1 into to the exact same input port as my portable solar panels. Plugging, then unplugging, every time I drive would not be my first choice. It's such a stretch to get to the socket. So I'm wondering if a switching junction box could be safely made- but only if it is safe and advisable

Thanks for this Brad and it’s still on sale for $249 cables included. We’ll be using ours when the time comes to install our system with 24v

Another thorough presentation and an easy setup. Being universal and simple is where the charger shines. Can we run multiple in parallel to charge our 24V house batteries?? 😅

The exhaust gets cherry red hot. You need a bigger hole and metal chase. Also...If you mount the heater unit to the floor the first exhaust connection will be outside. Need a redo.

Society is restructuring, accomodating increasing financial difficulties for increasing numbers of people. We need to find ways of allowing people to live productively and securely when they are forced into vehicle based homelessness. This is the life we will see more and more people have to accept. We have to make it workable.

FYI everyone, cold cannot be captured. Only heat can be resisted. Cold is merely the absence of heat.

I purchased one and like you've pointed out, no instructions. I was able to put the device together based on the picture, but when it came to the fuel tank, I was totally at a loss. So frustrating! So thank you.

The problem is the high cost of diesel ⛽ to drive these type of trucks. Parts are 5000$ plus if small sensor goes but as bonus the international motors are best.

You could buy a house and unless it’s fairly new costly repairs will be needed now and then. Or buy a mobile home or RV for a 10th of the cost. $70k apposed $700k. If you can handle that type of situation.

@Nomad Brad I am 100% down to do the things you were discussing around 22:00 in this video. I just bought a stock 4x4 12 ft box truck last weekend to start building out and live in full time and I would be super interested in discussing how I could be a part of something like a traveling box truck builder community. I’ve been working on a similar project for the last couple years to organize nomads to do organized volunteer work type stuff. I also plan to go to burning man next year and I was there for my first time same as you in 2024. Would be great to have a nomad camp. Would love to discuss the projects you mentioned because what you said pretty much aligns exactly with what I’ve been trying to set up for a while.

More and more people are going to be going into survival mode as we progress into this year. More and more people are going to face the difficult choice of living out of a vehicle as the economy as a whole starts to recess, we see massive inflation and jobless. It is coming! Everyone should prepare now for these realities!
