Note the link above it to the tarp I purchased. After receiving I removed the two hooks in the middle of the tarp. Why did I remove the hooks? I had no need for them and was concerned a water leak would form at that spot.

Nice, another way to do it is with suction cups. You can mount/unmount them to the side of your van. That way you don't have to do any modifications to (roof of) the van 👍

I purchased these amzn.to/49Ey8bW and gave them a try. Even after careful cleaning of the van, they would fail, difficult to find a really flat area on the van. Really strong suction at the start, possible the ones I received had a leak. That's the reason I modified the roof rack!
