Nikki Veasey just go by the most direct route, try to avoid toll roads. Head for Hungary then Romania or down through Serbia. Do I drink the cider vinager or rub it in, some of the wine I drink is a bit like that, lol.

Thankyou Ronnie ...you drink it ....4tsps in a glass of water and down it like a shot ...twice a day!! Its not the best to taste but amazing healing properties! When i did my nurse training an old matron told me to try it when i had a bad cold .....i have it once a day now......never ill !!!! 😁

I'm not retired yet, Ronnie, but I'm in ma late 50s. Looking at your diet and your skin, you really need to consider supplementing Omega 3 and Vitamin D! Ah know some people consider it a snake oil treatment, feck them, they just don't know any better. 1000-2000mg Omega 3 and 2000 UI Vitamin D. 30-40 Euros a month are not a lot of money for a much improved wellbeing, quality of life and immune system. Why do you think heart attacks etc are such a problem in Scotland? Nee fecking sun! When the sun is out you can make your own own Vit D by tanning. Do some googling, I only have German sources.
