Hello. I'm a dental hygienist and I love watching all your videos. I just wanted to share that when you brush with an electric tb you are supposed to guide the toothbrush along your teeth and let the toothbrush do the work instead of brushing back and forth like a normal toothbrush. This helps protect from gum recession and enamel wear. Love you De'arra 😊

I was living vicariously through this experience but I was also saying to myself that I could never get over my fear of traveling, let alone, travel alone.
