De'arra, you are so right about the benefits of social media breaks. Mines wasnt as long as yours, but in a span of 3 weeks i got a lot of things done. I improved my social emotional intelligence, graduated high school with HONORS 👑, got my first job the same week as high school graduation and a few more other accomplishments. Sometimes those devices and media can be a distraction to better your lifestyle and successes. I truly felt when you spoke on how impactful the media can be. It felt good to return to Instagram weeks later and see dms like "wya girl" or "we miss you". Regardless, you gotta do whats best for YOU. Truly heartwarming. Social media is crazy.. we live on social media and that actually does take a toll on your mental health and you don’t understand until you look up and be so full of everything you’ve looked at which weighs you down and gives you social anxiety, depression, and uncomfortable over all I’m with her I’ve went through the same thing I didn’t grow up in a era where we lived off our phones we went outside and socialized with the neighbors but you know here we are.. take breaks it’s vital!!
