Staffordshire oatcakes are thinner. We grill one side then put the cheese on and grill them then add the cooked bacon then fold in half. Nice with brown sauce and tinned tomatoes or beans on the side xx

Staffordshire is best for oatcakes love bacon and cheese, Spent lots of Sundays as a child at Lyme Park lots of deer around the park. I was there just a few days before you with my daughter and grand children. loved playing on the games around the park and brought loads of books from the second hand library No doubt in the next vlog. Hi , great stream as usual. I luv out cakes , you can get them in most of the usual supermarket's, the best way to cook them is under the grill (best way) or in the oven cook them flat with cheese and tomato let them go crisp around the edge. When cooked roll the oat cake hot....x
