BACKGROUND STORY
We are steps2adventure, better known as Jordan & Annalise. We created the steps2adventure brand to inspire people to explore what the outdoors has to offer. Back in 2019 we always knew we wanted to travel, we were planning backpacking trips, train journeys.. you name it. Thankfully we came across the van life KZbinrs! As soon as we saw this way of life we knew this was it, this is how we want to live and travel. So, we bought a van… Not just any van, she’s a 2007 LWB Mercedes sprinter van, an absolute beast!! We have spent over 2 years converting her in-between work and some little adventures across the UK.

Get yourself some good organic sea salt, Himalayan salt works as well, put a few grains of salt in a bottle of water, fab for curing migraines.

I dived there in 1997, 30mtr dive and the visibility was amazing, plus there was a white transit van at the bottom, we then went on to do a cavern dive not far from there 👌

I'm loving the content guys. I suffer from migraines and the one thing I find helps is drinking lots of water when you feel it coming on. They do say that they are related to hydration. I'm thinking of putting off road tyres on my van. How do u find them on long motorway runs. Keep having fun. Peace and happiness Russ.

Drink lots of water. Maybe worth having a eye test and a food intolerance test too, and even be worth visiting at dentist Lovely dog and video

Mates recognised that carpark before you even said where it was. we've just finished a long weekend in the Lake District. Hiked up gummers How yesterday😅 Abso epic spot, the view of windermere from that summit is insane....really special spot👍

States here so don't know what medications are available in UK but I take amitriptyline(generic name) at night for migraine prevention, and one called nurtec( brand name)(generic name rimegepant) for an attack...usually within 2 hours of taking nurtec I have very little to no headache. I also use peppermint oil (diluted) rubbed into my temples and a cooling eye mask while I wait. Hope you find relief soon! Next to your hiking adventures I enjoybseeing you cook!

Go through Keswick and towards the road that leads to the bridge that goes over to lake Windermere - there’s a road right up to the bridge lots of vans park there. It over looks skiddaw

I suffer from migraines I find if it’s a bad 1 solpedine max soluble are good. You could also have a chat with a doctor and they can prescribe sumotriptan which are for the days when moving out of a dark room isn’t an option. Good luck but as always awesome vid guys

Awesome video guys! My girlfriend and I are moving to Scotland from Canada in less than 3 months time, and its been really great to experience van life through you two. We want to build a van out for ourselves once we get settled over there, and its been really reassuring getting a look ahead at what its like.
