In the States we call it a whiskey nosing because so much is detected by olfactory sense. Good on you for sharing this national treasure. BTW, sunburn can be alleviated with a bit of vinegar before bed. Half vinegar and half water on a washcloth applied liberally and do not rinse off. Wake up without burn or pain. Cheers.
