I used to be an auto mechanic and just want to cation you that the plug you put in your tire was basically in the sidewall, and putting a plug in a sidewall is considered unsafe. It has something to do with the sidewall being the main support part of the tire, so it normally shouldn’t be plugged. You certainly can do as you please, but just wanted to mention that and at least suggest being cautious of a blowout and make sure your spare is in useable condition.

This is a shout out to your parents for rising such a down to earth humble guy. The fact you appear to be able to conquer any thing you put your hand to is remarkable but at the same time you show caution when needed and that is wisdom. Wisdom is in short supply these days. The videography was beautiful and so calming very appreciative to be 'along for the ride'.

Awesome stuff, great video! Now fishing while floating on a red inner tube is something I have done, when you do hook a fish you need to be extra careful with the hook as having a slippery fish knocking around does take your eye off the sharp and potential dinghy sinker! Please be safe matey as we all need you alive to keep making these amazing videos! Thanks again and big love from the U.K.

@Room-180
@Room-180 4 жыл бұрын
Oh, this packraft is really tiny! :-D Last sunday I used my hardshell kayak first time this year and 25kg is really heavy when you have to lift it from the car roof. A packraft is still missing in my boad collection. :) They are pretty expensive though. But I think this packraft model is too tiny for me even when it is inflated. :) There is a guy in Germany who did a bike tour and his packraft and even crossed the Baldic Sea to some Danish island with the packraft and his mountain bike on it. Search for - Bikerafting Das Tor zum Norden: Flensburg Förde-Jütland-Ærø-Fünen or search for - bikepacking and packrafting setup for beginners - for some tips about packing a bike on a packraft. Packrafting was quite popular in Germany 3 or 4 years ago. By the way: I have an inflateable live-jacket. They were bundled with some packrafts in those times. Especially in these cold waters you should get one. If you fall in ice cold waters there is a body reflex which forces you to gasp for air when you are still under the surface of ice cold water. That is the main reason even experienced water sportsmen drown. It is difficult to supress this reflex and many water sportsmen don't know it exists - and drown. Last year I bought a mosquito protection suite but have not tested it yet. I will test the net for the heat first. :) I have a jacket frome Pinewood with an integrated mosquito net for the face.

I bought a cheap inflatable kayak a couple of weeks ago. My maiden voyage involved packing it onto my bike and cycling up on the Moors to a shallow reservoir. This is a local beauty spot and relatively busy as in the UK we have not been allowed to spend nights away fro home. You did a lot better than me on your first trip out. My inflatable seat back deflated which meant I lost some control, meaning I kept going around in circles!! I certainly kept everyone on the shore entertained!! I had considered a packraft but thought they were a big investment if I didn't like it or was no good at it. Having said that I do like how small and light your raft is. Really enjoy your channel.
