Yeah ruud got us in the transition years, just as we stopped using 4-4-2, problems with the n1 Keeper, he was extremely unlucky not to come at a time we were more stable, wouldve got 3/4 Premier league titles, probably would help getting an extra CL

As a Dutch United fan, i am excited to see Ruud back. Ruud is a smart man with knowledge of the game! Not a fan of Rene Hake, in the last 10 seasons he had 1 decent season, just very average. Last 2 seasons there came lots if rumours that he managed with fear. In the Dutch second division you get away with that, not in the Premier League

Disagree with you on Hake, seen him up close at Go Ahead Eagles the last two seasons, and to say he had one decent season in his last ten is just not true. To take a team who's goal of the season still is to avoid relegation into Europe is a little better than decent. The season before Go Ahead ended up 11th, wich was still better than expected at the time.

First time in a long time we look to be getting rid of the 'Ferguson Hangover'. The structure of the club was down to Fergie and the next managers have all suffered because of it and the lack of knowledge of the Glazers. This has left us in this position where we are overloaded with average players and tight purse strings because of p1ss Poor management. I have a little bit more optimism that the club is finally pointing in the right direction.

It’s a good plan imo, the manager and his coaches will understand the game on a very high level and tactics will improve. Also, the coaches will also understand how important the man management aspect of the job is and can hopefully help the manager by aiding with man management. It definitely raises the level of coaching we will expect moving forward. Future coaches will have to be just as good or better than the coaches who were operating at a high level because they were technically managers.

Ten Hag chose these 2 not Ineos. Go and watch Rene Hake's interview last week, he stated Ten Hag personally called him to join him at United, also they've been friends for years now. Maybe you might not know this but Ten Hag asked for Ruud in 2022, way before Ineos came in. Ruud is here to replace Bernni Mac as attacking coach, Rene will be the defensive coach, And now we are getting a goal keeping coach too. You think Ineos decided to bring in 2 dutch league coaches? Lmao That is why they haven't signed a contract yet, Ten Hag had to be announced first before these two are announced. I don't know where people are getting this narrative.

Good video, I enjoyed it and was a good insight. But ultimately we know what the tactics will be and that is what Ten Hag chooses. They worked in his first season, then he stuck to those tactics second season despite it all going wrong. He can’t abandon the plan now because some coaches came in.

We need 70-30 talent ratio, with 70% being British (Scots+Irish) and 30% being continental Europe+South American. We can't be collecting Dutch talents. Post EtH, are we going to keep this drivel?
