The RAT, at least on the Globals and Challenger 600 series, has to be tested in flight from time to time. I’m near a Bombardier service center and I have seen it deployed quite a few times. That is likely what is happening here. Example: kzbin.info/www/bejne/oYrFqZiVbJioqdEsi=p1i24TsNXU0qGkFj
