You have a good helper there. He said he was helping on the edit. I have a VSX 200, and I am in the market for a VR201 (right hand handle). I will keep the old one and I am right handed, I just can’t get used to using my left hand on the reel.

it’s a lifetime reel…drop a mid level Shimano in the sand and it will never be the same. I used to think the same thing until I used one. VR50 vs VR75 is basically the same reel body with a different spool, can’t go wrong with either one.
