Couldn't get through this very far but gave a "Like" anyway, Nate! 👍 First, the guy says "Ask any van lifer and they don't even use their shower". LOL. Just so wrong. Then when he says "No propane because I don't want to die". Enough. Hundreds of millions of Americans and Europeans have propane and/or natural gas in their homes and have never died. Just how silly, fearful and paranoid. We bought the same van recently in Ceramic Grey and have just started our build. We WILL use our shower and happily use our propane "hob" as you Brits say. Cheers!

Haha I know propane is generally safe but obviously could leak and be bad. kind of something instilled from when I was a kid, my mom always warned me about carbon monoxide poisoning. But I say it kind of jokingly. Thank you for watching!

The walkable solar panels are legit impressive, never have to worry about messing them up when I'm up there!

Super impressive - more and more people are using them. Maybe they really are a viable solution!

New to your channel and just watched this after watching your other van build. Great job on both but love the layout of the other. Wondering what you would change in that build if given the option. Instead of changing the vehicle

Everything looks very nice. You did a great job for only your second time.

How does 30 gl fresh water last two weeks?
@NateMurphy5 ай бұрын
He must be very good with his water! :)

Very do-able actually for one person IF you aren't washing a lot of dishes (uses a lot of water) and can get by with 3-4 "military" style showers max. We have an off grid cabin and those Blue cube shaped, 7 gallon "Reliance" water jugs (on counter hanging over sink) and four of them (almost 30 gal) can last quite awhile. Easily a week. But we use pretty liberally and there's two of us. We like to cook.

Uhm... that's not a walk in closet, you'd actually "walk in to it" if it was one!
