Nice having a newer motorhome that is reliable so you are not wondering in the back of your mind about it braking down in the middle of nowhere. I think that peace of mind is definitely worth the extra monthly cost.

Yeah we had quite a few issues with our last one, breaking down randomly, there’s so much more peace of mind in this and it’s just so comfortable to live in 😊

That van is really awesome. About 1 1/2 years ago we had a house fire and we lived in a camper in our driveway while they were doing construction and it was horrible. probably half that size and we had 4 neo natal kittens plus 2 adult cats. Bunk beds that were hard as rocks. And a teeny tiny bathroom. We lived in it for about 3 months and then switched to our basement, which wasn't much better but we made it work. Yours looks super practical and cozy. Enjoy your adventures and have an epic day!!!

Loved seeing the van finally! My family and I used to go camping in a fifth wheel (which is a tow behind camper) and I love how spacious your rv is! I would love to buy one of these one day and travel in Europe. You guys must be having a blast!

Nice!! Been looking forward to the full tour. Love the homey little touches you’ve added; the framed artwork in particular makes me forget it’s also a fully functional vehicle. (I love the colorful paintings! would not have guessed global warming lol) Btw not sure if you read comments on past videos so I’ll put it here 🥚: if you boil the water first and _then_ add the eggs, they’ll be much easier to peel! (If you already do it like this and still have trouble with the peeling, then I can’t help you lol)

And yes haha we have to ‘get ready for take off’ everytime and double check for things that might fall if we haven’t been tidy 😅 the cupboards lock nicely though so most of the time nothing falls over 👌

I've actually never seen a motorhome from the inside. 🫣 So this was a really cool tour to see! Wow it's so clever how they design this. I never thought of buttons on cupboards so that they safely shut. 🤭 I really like the prints you guys have in your van, I am going to look her up! Looking forward to the next vlog! 👋

Yes! We did want to name it after Percy but it feels a bit too soon and upsetting honestly, so I’m not sure what the name could be yet 😊

This was a nicely put together video, I felt like I was right there touring your super sweet van those windows must be amazing in the rain but now I see why that one storm was a bit scary all by yourself. I love the rain though and may have mildly enjoyed being trapped in a rain storm all alone 😅

What is the insurance like for this kind of vehicle and what other costs are there? Uk road tax still required? Any other euro motoring costs attached?

Insurance was roughly £1000 for the year, and that covers Europe 365 days fully comp and road tax was £340 for the year, we have breakdown cover too which covers Europe is £120 a year, with those we don’t have any other euro costs 🙌

@@octeight7977 no surprisingly not! I think motorhome insurance generally costs less because most people don’t use them frequently
