Fit and finish look superb but with surface space taken up with sink, fridge and hob, where is your food prep surface space?

Love this, brill sink away from gas, for those like myself poor hand coordination. Just need a loo. Did the foot end of the bed by the driver really fill up with electrics, seemed elect filled up all the way from the head end, by boot- that's a lot of space. Could it not have filled a loo.

If you remove the seat from one of these vans but leave seat belt in b pillar I could legally change it to a 1 seater on v5c? I'm thinking of putting a big fridge in the place of the passenger seat, securing it to the floor of course. I'm thinking I'd want room by the sliding door for a bucket/flannel van wash area. Just trying to plan my layout, hard to have a wash/shower in such a small van. 🤣
