Vance and Hines Quiet Baffle for Big Radius 2-into-2

2017 Harley Davidson Ironhead Xl883n with Big Radius (No Baffles) super loud. Called local Harley Davidson and they told me about these quite baffles. I ordered a pair from RevZilla and installed them in less than a half hour. The day before I removed the heat shields which gave me more issues than the baffles, smh. I went to my local harbor freight got me a rubber hammer and needle nose pliers that curve at the end. You can't go wrong!!! Hammer the baffle flush with exhaust than rotate baffle using pliers to align with screw hole. I place screw were it goes and you can see from the inside of the baffle hole were u r. In my situation I just had to slightly rotate baffle down a tab. It was so easy I sat there looked at it for awhile making sure I didn't forget something 😂. Definitely love the way the bike sounds now.

Hi, You are telling me you have successfully installed quiet baffles for V&H Big Radius on a Iron 883? I'm asking cause everywhere I look, the info I get is that quiet baffles don't fit in Big Radius on Sportsters. Do you have the link to the ones you bought?

I wish I could listen to the quiet baffles longer. Like 3 minutes longer. Idle sounds amazing.

So does the quiet baffles fit in a 2020 iron 883 with big radius exhaust? Places that sell them in the fitment says not for sportster. Can we get a clear answer on it?

on installing big radius with quite baffle, which map should i select when i am tuning with fp3, because i didn't find the map with quite baffles, only with standard or without

Hi Kareem, you can use the map you were using prior to installing the quiet baffle. Then run auto-tune to adjust for the change in back pressure.
