I'm not one to latch on to a celebrity but Ryan is a hero of mine not for his films or businesses but the dedication to his family when I find hard to find time for my kids I think this guy has his hands in alot more pies than I do and he still finds time to be there for his wife and kids it makes me look at life and find the time to . I love Ryan and your using him as fuel to be a better spouse and father is wonderful. But don't go to far with it. Ryan has a lot of money which means he likely has staff that get paid to help him be as effective as possible. This doesn't take away from his awesomeness at all, but don't beat yourself up if you are doing your best. Most of us can't afford to get the kind of support that would help us be our best whatevers (spouse, parent, business owner). Wishing you and yours the best.
