@@isacarvalho4226 This was actually my first time walking this street. In fact, most of y walk videos are the first time for me. I live in Surrey and work in Richmond, so visiting Vancouver, discovering these neighborhoods is always a treat for me. Like being a tourist in my own backyard. I'm so glad you enjoyed your trip. Hi, thanks. This is Comox Street heading south from Stanley Park to Burrard Street. It's a nice quiet residential street, part of the Comox-Helmcken Greenway. I've just posted a description. Part 2 will cover Helmcken Street from Burrard to Helmcken Park at the end.

When I do my Helmcken walk, I can go past Helmcken Park and continue on to Marinaside Crescent and False Creek. Just waiting for a sunny day...

Why did camera cross over to south side of Comox, just east of Denman, the public seating area? (At the 10:40 mark.) Homeless people who enjoy that space have anything to do with it?

Hi. I wasn't even aware of that. This was actually first time walking this street. I saw the market and the fruit stand and people buying fruits. And I could see up ahead there were more brightly coloured trees on that side. I just thought that side of the street looked more interesting. Thanks for your comment and added insight about this street.

All Over Vancouver Thanks for your reply. I wondered because that area is kind of "controversial". Some residents of the area don’t like people that hang out there and I admit it does get pretty bad at times but overall I think it’s a great addition to the neighborhood.

I just use my cellphone, a Samsung S8+ mounted on the Zhiyun Smooth-Q gimbal. Very simple, inexpensive gear really.
