A nice relaxing Sunday. No big agenda except to get out of the house and stretch your lags and get some fresh air. The original Chinatown in DTLA also has a bad rap but it too has new (hip) places that have opened up. A good protein powder I use is by a company called FNX Fitness. You might enjoy it, it's the first powder i've actually enjoyed the taste of and can drink solely with water. Maybe give it a go if you're still looking for a good whey powder, my personal favorite is the peanut butter one
