For me personally, I dont have any problems with people living in the streets, but I do have more issues with the sanitary status of the streets. It was more terrifying in terms of the street sanitary condition than people who struggle with drug abuse or whatever.

that part of the issue too, these addicts keep making all this mess and piss and poop anywhere they please with no regard to sanitation bathing or otherwise, they only care about their next hit of fentanyl and nothing else, Every so often the city sanitation comes and cleans the area but the druggies just keep returning and trash the place all over again, City cleans area, addicts trash it, repeat repeat....
