If you would like to perform the piece, Sleeping at Last asks that instead of paying them, you donate to one of their favourite charities - an initiative that has raised thousands of dollars to date. Once you get in touch, they'll give you a list of charities that Sleeping at Last supports, and after you make a donation to one of them and provide proof, they'll give you the score for free. We're singing this for concert choir this semester. I've never been in a choir before, and I wanted to listen to the music and this literally brought me to tears. I'm sitting in my dorm crying right now, I don't know why, it resonates with me in a way I can't even explain.

My friend who was recently widowed sang this in a performance yesterday and it resonated with me as I watched her fight back tears and as i wiped my own eyes dry. It's just such a pure love story. Then it also seems like a metaphor about the lives we live, how we come into being over the course of our lives. Such a beautiful song.

I was fortunate enough to be in the audience for this performance. I cannot express to you all how moving it was. Bravo tutti! I was - and still am - in awe of your fabulous music-making. Thank you all for your expressive singing. You are all so fortunate to be involved in this magnificent choral community.

You can hear more like this song and from where you can find soul calming song. Just search 'SLEEPING AT LAST' and you'll never regret

What a gorgeous sound from this choir, it is hard to put into words but rich and seamless are two that immediately come to mind. Such a beautiful song!

My senior year in my high school choir, and this virus chooses to show up. My last chance to sing with my choir family and it's taken away. My choir was supposed to perform at the ACDA-MMEA Conference in Hattiesburg, Mississippi this past March 27th. We were one of 2 choirs picked out of the whole state to sing there this year. But because of this virus, we will never get the chance to sing there. This was the last song we were going to sing. It makes me really emotional hearing you guys sing this because you are so great!!! I love you guys.
