Your Vandas are amazing Blanca!I bought my first Vanda this summer having little knowledge on how to care for them.Which is how I found you and your channel..and I was obsessed with them!Unfortunately living in Pa..I had to bring all seven of them inside..along with all my other orchids!I had to pot them..which made me nervous..but had no choice..I didn’t have the space for them to hang bare root!After listening to different advice..especially from Dr Motes..I chose to pot them in clay pots with bark.I was nervous...but they are thriving!!!One in full bloom 6 weeks now..and two others about to open..and just discovered 2 more with spikes!!Wish I lived in a warm climate like you all year..but I’m happy I could keep them healthy and happy inside!😍

Hi Blanca my son just gave me a vanda thanks for the information it is not in good condition yellow leaves at bottom and some dried up roots will take the advice you gave wish me luck see you in the garden next time

Soak it in a bucket of water for 10 minutes and give it the 20-20-20 once a week

Awesome Blanca! Your Vanda care was extremely helpful to me! As you know my climate is dry.🌵 Wondering if maybe I should soak the roots in buckets of fertilizer for ten or so minutes weekly? I already do two soaks per day in water. Thanks 😊

Surprised you don't have those Giant Banana Spiders.. since they're so common in Florida. Like many of your viewers... we're jealous of being able to grow Vanda's outdoors year round. Mine Winter indoors under lights & I worry about their moisture needs.

Saludos ,buen vídeo .Cuánto de sol le dan a las que estan en la ventana?Compré variar por correo y las sacó a que les de el sol de la mañana y las vuelvo a entrar para que no se quemen .eso me cansa,dame consejos qué las tuyas estan muy linda.Vivo en casa pero al norte de la Fl.donde bajan las temperaturas hasta 30f en invierno,no todos los dias.ESTOY a 10 minutos de Cabo Cañaveral donde sale el cohete,cuando quieras me puedes visitar.😘😍
