Seems Railways heard you on reclining. They included in Chennai-MYS train. Before 2014, railways not even bothered whether all AC coaches have got pillows and blankets correctly. I have personally disturbed with railways attitude when travelling in 3AC and 2AC for not providing either blanket or the bed spread. Asking TTR also did not help, Post 2014, I really see a upgradation in all services of Railways. Onething for sure. There is a room for an improvement in food. People are ready to pay if govt provides good services. BJP is doing that for sure. THose who travel by train often can literally see the development.

bro, actually front and back coaches verum driving cab only, engine illa. indha train la "alternate power car" design use panraanga, so basically oru coach vitu oru coach la 3phase motor irukum. so 16 car train la 8 motor car (engine) irukum. first and last coach engine kadayadhu(no traction motors are there in first and last coach) edit : ipo dhaan full video paathen, neengale solitinga! super bro, keep up the awesome work :)

That's not engine, it's traction motor..it acts as motor for forward motion and also acts as a brake by spinning reverse. Regenerative braking, when u reverse pole the same motors spins reverse and creates force against the inertia so train slows down...and the brake pads are just an added braking system predominantly motors take care of traction and braking in these trains and hence the smooth transition. Also it's beacuse of coupler the waste CBC coupler in LHB will create more jurk while braking and accelerating but it's not LHB type coupler
