One of the best virtually unknown in the West prog metal bands. Were it not for KZbin I wouldn't have known they existed and yet almost every song and album they ever made has been very high quality, right from the first one.

@Alien Grey, you're 💯% correct. These guys are fantastic. Found them by accident a couple years ago via a new Pandora introduction. Since then I've been fervently, unsuccessfully, been trying to get other KZbin Reactors to showcase some of their music on their channels. Such outstanding quality music and artists and so few have enjoyed the product of their passion.

This is fantastic Progressive Metal on the highest level. Since their mindblowing "COLOUR TEMPLE" album I am a fan of this amazing band from Hunsrück/Germany. Now the first 5 studio albums will be re-released on double vinyl gatefold albums in color pressing in mid of July 2019.

This is absolutely brilliant. I love everything VP does, but they've outdone themselves on this one. The tone of that Hagstrom is unreal. Chills every time I listen to this. November cannot come soon enough. I may just have to travel to EU to see these guys, wish people in the US appreciated VP enough to bring them here, but if not, I will have to go to them.

+Forkbeard Totally agree, I have all their albums, one of the first prog bands I got into 5 years ago with The Seraphic Clockwork, didn't like most of that at first apart from Rush Of Silence and On My Way To Jerusalem, really enjoy that album, as well as all their others, would love to see them in the UK sometime, their one of the very few bands I'm into that I've never seen live!!

I understand you, but yeah it is a bit hard even here in Germany. I'm waiting for a concert of this guys, they are not doing much concerts this year. Take a look to their website maybe there'll be a concert in US and you don't know yet :)

+23 infinity - they are playing one show in the US but it's 1000 miles from here and I don't think I'll be able to make it. I did fly to essen in October 2016 specifically to see them. Andy was so welcoming to me and it was such an honor to meet these guys. They are humble and down to earth and I am still blown away at just how talented they are. It's not fair they aren't better known in the US. I listen to them every single day. 2 of my 6 disks in the car for the past 10 years are VP and I listen at the gym too. As a 50 year old musician that grew up on rush and loves DT, I like VP better. Got a pretty massive VP tattoo last year as well that covers my leg from ankle to knee.

+Mal I was pretty big into superior 10 or 15 years ago. The other one you mention I'm not familiar with. I will check them out this weekend. My latest love is myrath. If you like Vp, Red circuit is also a great German band that's very similar. In fact when I saw Vp, red circuits keyboard player was running sound for them.
