My friend died last year. He was the one that got me into drag race, dragula, (just drag, in general), & ofc class acts like Vander. I remember how excited he was to show me her performance of Creep. I thought I understood this number the first time I watched it. Now, I really, truly do. I still feel his loss like it just happened yesterday. I miss you, Kian. I'm sorry I never got to tell you how much you meant to me.

What I admire the most about this artist is the decisiveness to make these performance choices. She knows what she wants and the execution seems to match her intention, thus, it is easy to relate what she meant. Her art is a black diamond, dark but never obscure, it is crystal clear.
