#13 is such a bum. Gave up so many first downs from having no ability to beat a block, bad tackling, and bad coverage. Then he yells at his teammates and takes no self responsibility. Saban would bench him, we will see what Deboer does

I agree the quarterback and the team played their hearts out, but the real hero was the one calling the plays and the coaching staff at practices drilling the players to execute. Awesome 3rd downs!!

Yeah I was in the student section the whole time and everybody was just talking about how Bama was about to run away with it, but then they never did, and when Vandy went up 2 scores everybody finally started realizing that it was possible, and even probable. Greatest sporting event of my life
@BallCDO2 ай бұрын
@@The-Only-Glock I watched the game when I seen Vandy was up 13-0. I thought Bama would go on a run, when it never happened during the first half. I thought maybe it's just a bad half from Bama again. But then when Vandy kept answering it back, I was shocked and like yes, it's going happen.

Kind of hilarious that the Vanderbilt announcers are so unfamiliar with the situation that they were trying to figure out if they could run out the clock with a minute left and Alabama with no timeouts... and then act like the unsportsmanlike penalty is what sealed it.

Not an Alabama fan, just love football. The first 3rd and 5 where Vandy had the ball, there was a pic play not called, giving Vandy a first down. Obviously Vanderbilt was the better team on the day. Vandy had more grit than Bama did. Kudos.

Give Michigan that Vandy transfer QB. Baffling that M thought they were good to go and didn’t at least look around. Look what a QB can do for a program.
@scumbagsteve49342 ай бұрын
mostly harbaughs fault for focusing only on 2023 and letting recruiting fall to the wayside. although its still fair to question why rookie coach sherrone moore looked at this qb room and said "yeah, we're good.". loyalty to a fault.
@MarkyMark12212 ай бұрын
I mean we were a little busy winning a national title, and Washington only got Will Rogers (who himself had extra time to transfer because of their new coach hire) because they hired Jedd Fisch so quickly. After the winter portal closed for most teams there wasn’t enough time to get what they thought at the time would be a worthwhile replacement
@andrewseccia71873 ай бұрын
Yea this is awesome
@jasongann85352 ай бұрын
This wasn't a fluke. Alabama simply could not stop this hybrid wishbone. There is so many options & you have to know your assignments & Bama just simply was not ready nor seen this. Its 1 thing where it only works 1 half then adjustments but whatever adjustments were made simply just didn't work. Vandys QB runs it to perfection. It's insane the parity in college football this season. Transfer portal & NIL is responsible for this. If you're are good & are not getting playing time players are transferring eliminating depth at your traditional top programs. Nick Saban is gone & Bama fans just need to realize the party is over. You just lost to Vandy. That is Earth shattering for Alabama. Do you think Saban would of lost this game. Would let a player act like a little girl throwing a tantrum which is your fkn 5th yr senior captain! It's over. I saw a Bama brat fan say "Yea well this game doesn't count." Excuse me? Check the record bruh..

Okay, I will say this. NIL has made a difference. Everyone is playing like they are getting PAID, as they are. And it has made a difference. Vandy beats Alabama. People are trying to keep thier NIL funds, 40k 60k 100k, now it is not just about the rankings it is about keeping your support to keep you NIL funds coming. It used to be you dropped in the rankings and you gave up, why bother, now it is about keeping the NIL money flowing, and you have to play hard all the time. Nothing is going to be the same. They think the SEC is going to rule the feild, I don't think so. This is a different game with NIL funds.
@BallCDO2 ай бұрын
SEC is going still rule. They got deeper pockets. And I'm saying this as a Noles fan
@hailhailtomichigan1918Ай бұрын
Incredibly wrong. SEC schools are peasants compared to the money in the Big Ten, most ACC schools and most former Pac-12 schools. It's all about who's willing to use it. Texas will be a problem for the establishment SEC. Michigan has a bigger endowment than every SEC school combined not named Texas, Texas A&M and Vanderbilt. Endowment =/= NIL but it's a good gauge to know what schools have money. When it comes to donor/booster money, the alums at the non-SEC schools also have much much more.. But haven't been so inclined to use it for paying players up until now.. It's starting at Michigan. SEC schools have done it for decades. No one outdid the SEC when it came to dirty money. Schools like OSU, Miami, USC and a few others are the only ones that really even tried. Now that its in the open, they are not the big dogs, anymore.

So ... this account posts (1) opposing radio calls of Michigan games, but only when Michigan wins, (2) when posting those Michigan games, takes out the positive plays from the non-Michigan side, and (3) now decided to latch onto the Vanderbilt bandwagon. Fair enough, but kind of chump moves IMO. When Michigan loses, man up, post them for those games too.
