@@FebrithDarkstar Since I started using two mods I'm about to suggest I have only received one inheritance letter and that one could've/should've been avoided. The two mods are these... Run For Your Lives by Arthmoor www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/2272 Dawnguard Sentries Plus SE by rms827 www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/13547 RFYL makes civilians run home during town attacks so you don't have unarmored shop keepers waving their tiny iron dagger at the master vampire. Nearly 100% effective. I lost Lucan in one play because we were battling a dragon all night and a master vampire slipped in just before dawn to attack. He got his free meal from Lucan... RIP Lucan. But, I stuck an arrow in yon vampiric maw before he could make his escape. That was the only inheritance letter I've received since installing that mod over two years ago. Dawnguard Sentries adds DG soldiers in nearly all cities and towns as well as traveling road patrols. They reinforce the city/town guards during all attacks. They are a mix of Dawnguard and Vigilant male and female npc's from every race. Isran is an equal opportunity employer after all

Lovely home, cool that you can change the kids beds to followers individually, usually it changes them all so you can only have one or the other, that was a thoughtful addition for people who might want a bit of both

First off I have to express my appreciation to modders who revisit their builds and keep adding and improving. It is nice when they are generous and share with others to mod but it is neat to see the continuity in creation by modders who stay connected to their mods and the people who use them. You still see the hand of the original creator in the mod no matter how much it evolves. This one is so perfect where it is. It really has that "just right" Goldilocks feel to it. Second off I want to express my appreciation to you, Feb, for revisiting the evolving mods so we can get the latest on what great work is being done. I know I tend to get complacent and miss out on mod improvements and could be playing mods far out of date or missing out on a newly improved mod that I had passed by in a previous iteration. Reading mod descriptions cannot compare to a tour and a "wadda ya think?" from Feb. Third off I find the courier seems to act like he owns the place. Sometimes it feels like walking into your kitchen and finding your post mail carrier making themselves a sandwich and flicking through the channels on the telly.

I really hadn't appreciated just how much she'd added - I agree with you completely, it's wonderful that people continue to work and improve on their mods. - Also, agree about the cheeky courier!

I installed this mod right after I viewed this video I love it, the only critique I would say is the lanterns along the front walkway are a little low and I bump into them when I walk in, other than that I absolutely adore this mod and Inigo also loves it. Really superbly improved! She (the Author) thought about everything, even a hot water solution for the washing bowl! ..but not a toillette :( I love it when mod authors think like enginneers to create something that makes and has sense! On the other hand, i never understand how they manage NOT to integrate the most obvious things a humanoid creature needs essentially as a basis to live somewhere ..Arrrghhh! If you dont want to have your own toillette, you maybe could dig a tunnel right into the "Sleeping Giant" to use their toillettes there - Delphines privat "throne" for example ;) She´d be okay with that, i guess ;) *hahaha Back to the seriouis side of live.. Honestly, a toillette is a MUST HAVE in every house! ..guess you call this "Immersion"

What a lovely home with a gorgeous yard! I'm definitely going to have to use it as my main player home on some future playthrough. Couple of questions for you: 1. What water mod(s) are you using? I love the turquoise shade of your river water. 2. Have you ever used the Inconsequential Pets SE mod on Nexus? It's not a house mod, of course, but it seems like the sort of mod you'd find charming, since you always have a little animal follower with you.
