Vandoren BD4 & BD7 mouthpiece review

BD7 is the best mouthpiece I tried on vandoren. And it sounds better than BD4. More deep, dark and with more density in the sound. Best regards.

Ya bek kamış olayı bazen insanı soğutuyor .Kendim için söylemek gerekirse kısa sürede bek denemesi yapmak çok sağlıklı değil tabi sen video çekip insanları bilgilendiriyorsun durum farklı ... Yerinde olsam imkanın varsa BD7 ile biraz zaman geçirir kesin net olarak fikir sahibi olurdum. Çünkü şu an ki dudak kas yapın ciddi derecede B40 adapte olmuş durumda diye düşünüyorum .Video için teşekkürler

I really like your sound with the BD7. I'm playing a BD5 with 56 Rue Lepic 3.5 reads. I can get a nice sound, but I don't think I can push it that much in terms of volume. This might be more of a result of inferior technique. I am an older amateur who has returned to playing after an intense 12 years of study - 40 years ago! I really wish I had just played half an hour a day over those past 40 years, but I didn't, so the brain is willing, but the body is..... rather unresponsive. LOL. Love your videos. Any feedback on the potential combination of the BD7 and the 3.5 Rue Lepic's would be helpful.

Haha😅 I really don’t know how it’d sound with number 3.5 because I play with V12/3. But if you normally use BD5, you’d have more focused sound with BD7 but it’d be harder to blow and you’d need more support (in my opinion)

Some very nice sounds from those mouthpieces. Have you tried Selmer mouthpieces they make A warm sound due to the material they are made of. Peter Eaton of England makes very nice mouthpieces. He would need a mouthpiece from his international range. Beautiful warm tone. Best wishes with your quest. - Bill - UK

BD7 with v12 3 didn't felt harder to blow than on BD4? BD7 is much more open even than the B40...

@ Do you think the BD7 will be prefered more from the players playing jazz or they may prefer It also classical players?? Do you think a v12 2.5 is more suitable reed for It or It needs number 3 to play classical music? I saw in the video you're saying with the more open faces of BD4 and BD7 need 3.5 v12??? That's strange! I can think for the BD4 that the 3.5 would be ok but for the BD7 V12 3.5? I don't think so.. will be too heavy..

@@derviscavo3435 Türk müziğinden kastınız nedir? Türk sanat müziği ve Türk halk müziğinden bahsediyorsanız adı üstünde bizim müziğimizdir ve tartışmaya bile gerek yoktur. Fakat piyasadaki diğer klarinetçilerin çaldığı türkçe parçalardan bahsediyorsanız benim ilgi alanım olmadığı için bir yorum yapamam.
